Our story

Founded by Cédric Loubet and Pierre Tranchant, RealT SA is a company active in real estate development and construction, combining over 25 years of experience in the Western Switzerland real estate market.

Our strength lies in our ability to carefully listen to each situation and propose personalized offers, taking into account the challenges and objectives of each seller, while respecting environmental and regulatory constraints.

RealT SA is active throughout the entire process, from project analysis to handing over the keys to final buyers. We also act as a general and total contractor, recognized by Swiss banks, thus guaranteeing complete, optimized and secure project management.
